Sounds Like Me from iAM (“Our Agent”) respects your privacy and ensures that all data remains under your control. This Agent is deployed and stored within your organisation’s Microsoft Tenant. Courageous Success Ltd will never access, view, or process any personal data or user content.

Key Principles

  • All user interactions, prompts, and outputs stay within your Microsoft environment.

  • Courageous Success Ltd does not collect:

    • Usernames

    • IP addresses

    • Prompt content or outputs

  • We only collect aggregated usage statistics (e.g., number of prompts, number of threads) for service performance monitoring and licensing purposes.

Legal Framework

This policy complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. No data leaves your Microsoft Tenant.

What We Collect

  • Usage Volume Metrics: Total number of prompts, threads, and overall activity counts.

  • No Personal Data: We do not collect or process any identifiable information.

How We Use Metrics

  • Metrics are anonymised and cannot be linked to any individual user.

  • All user data remains within your Microsoft Tenant.

  • Courageous Success Ltd does not store or transfer any user data outside your environment.

  • None. We do not share any data with third parties.

Your Rights

Since we do not process personal data, most GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure) do not apply to us. For any data within your Microsoft Tenant, your organisation remains the Data Controller.
